- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates will typically have 3 years of administrative experience in an international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Ability to communicate in Polish and English fluently, to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience providing polished and professional administrative support to executives within a fast-paced team and international environment.
- Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment, and prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- Ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
