How will you make an impact in this role?
Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes, with small businesses comprising the largest customer segment and a continued area of investment and focus. The Small Business Marketing Team is responsible for acquisition and customer engagement marketing for all Small Business Charge, Proprietary Lending, and co-brand cards. Within the Small Business Marketing team, the Refer a Business (RAB) Marketing team markets to our existing small business Cardmember base to acquire high-value prospects. The Senior Analyst, Refer a Business Analytics and Optimization will lead two main workstreams:
- performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- test & learn strategy development and execution
This role presents an exciting opportunity to inform investment decisions, drive profitable growth, and innovate our digital journeys. The ideal candidate will be analytical, curious, and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze channel performance and identify key drivers; produce regular reports and share insights on performance and opportunities with partners and leaders.
- Lead monthly and annual forecasting processes for the RAB channel, including sizing and submitting requests for incremental funding.
- Partner closely with analytics, performance insights, and investment optimization teams to develop performance commentary and recommend optimization tactics.
- Lead test & learn strategy and execution for RAB program, focused on improving performance across Cardmember and Prospect funnel.
- Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise including EDDS, Consumer MGM, Legal, Compliance and others to develop and execute impactful tests.
- Manage channel budget and own invoicing, payment, and reconciliation.
- Provide ad hoc support on marketing initiatives and capability launches.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Superb analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel
- Data-driven marketer with ability to connect various insights to actions
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communicator who can articulate performance results and drivers to varied audiences
- Strong collaborator who can build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders and successfully drive alignment and action
- Self-starter with ability to navigate complex processes independently and prioritize across multiple projects
- Enthusiastic and curious; comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Digital marketing, customer experience, and/or agency experience a plus
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
