Creative Production Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Remote; Anywhere in the Continental US
Reports to: Sr. Director of Creative and Design
Position: Full time, 40 hours per week, exempt employee
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

JOB PURPOSE
The Creative Production Manager will lead and own the production process for the creative team – from intake/inception through delivery. They will ensure that project needs are clearly understood, and the team is aligned on timelines and deliverables. They will identify any areas of potential risk to timely and quality delivery and work with the Sr. Director of Creative and Design to resolve issues.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS JOB
What we will trust you with - and how you will use your strengths
50% - Project Planning and Organization
- Oversees production process from start to finish.
- Develops project plans and timelines in collaboration with in-house teams (clients), and creative team ensuring that projects adhere to deadlines.
- Provides regular status reports and capacity plan updates with the team.
- Identifies potential risks and challenges that may impact project delivery, such as technical issues, resource constraints, etc. Develops plans to address risks proactively.
- Maintains high quality standards and ensures that deliverables meet requirements.
30% - Team Collaboration
- Works closely with in-house clients and creatives to clarify project details.
- Serves as the main point of contact in-house teams, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns or feedback, and managing expectations.
- Assesses project scope and reviews creative requests to ensure all details are captured.
- Tracks progress against approved project milestones.
20% - Workflow Optimization
- Follows and adjusts workflows for maximum efficiency, communicates, and documents process improvements.
- Anticipates bottlenecks, clarifies project priorities, identifies risks, and escalates issues that cannot be internally resolved.
- Assigns tasks and allocates resources effectively to maximize efficiency. This may involve coordinating with internal teams, freelancers, vendors, or external partners.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS FOR THIS JOB
- Strong people skills and ability to collaborate with the team.
- A can-do approach to tasks big or small. A problem-solver. A sense of calm under pressure and ability to be flexible at times.
- Attention-to-detail, highly organized, and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in existing workflow processes, and make modifications along the way.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume and deadline-orientated environment.
- Knowledge of production timeframes for various creative projects (1-pagers, web pages, social assets, reports, etc.)
- Awareness of the weak points in various tasks

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERENCES
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Project Management preferred; or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 Year’s Experience at an agency in a project management/production management capacity, or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Experience
- Experience with digital asset management is a plus!
