This position reports to: Director Outbound Product Management, Platform
ServiceNow is looking for an Outbound Product Manager for Platform Solutions. This is a highly visible role, interacting heavily with customers and executives at ServiceNow, in addition to key enablement responsibilities that impact the product success and customer adoption of our products.
In this role you have key responsibilities related to delivery of Web Platform Products, including work with BU partners and Inbound Product Managers, driving customer experience roadmaps and aligning with desired outcomes of customers. You will also very closely interact with customers growing the customer feedback practice and engaging both internally and externally to make sure the customers’ voices and feedback is heard and impacts product development. These responsibilities allow for cross functional workload with daily interactions with Customers, Product Management, Design, Marketing, Support, and Engineering.
What you get to do in this role:
- Collaborate with Inbound Product to drive customer experience to deliver key enablement for product success
- Present and influence C-level executives on key initiatives, resourcing and growth strategies
- Build out Product Advisory Council through strategic direction, speaking and content curation
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop programs and GTM content across cross-functional teams including content creation for product launches, website content, social media, product videos, webinars, tradeshows, case studies, blog posts and more
- Evangelize the value of the technology at executive briefings, marketing events, webinars, as well as other sales and marketing channels
- Produce and deliver sales education materials
- Work closely with product teams to formulate our product vision and strategy
- Work directly with the pre-sales and sales teams to nurture, grow and close in-flight opportunities
- Influence the product backlog based on feedback from customers and the sales organization
- Conduct demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers
- Maintain a firm grasp of the competitive landscape and identify areas of competitive differentiation for internal consumption and competitive programs
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, customer success, or pre/post-sales/product development experience
- Proven track record of building and executing successful Product Experience/ Strategies
- Proven track record in constructing compelling positioning and thought leadership content
- Proven track record with customer engagement and presentations
- Experience and comfort in building and influencing cross-functional relationships
- Proven creative thinker that can generate and execute on innovative product experience ideas
- Comfortable delivering product presentations to large audiences
- Experience working with a high-growth SaaS product line preferred
- Willing to travel up to 25%
- BA/BS Required
