Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Diversity & Belonging Intern to join Autodesk! In this role you will provide critical support by performing coordination, research for the day-to-day operations of company-wide D&B strategies, programs, and initiatives. You will work with the D&B team to support team projects, initiatives, events and research and support data and report curation.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Head of D&B and team members to drive existing D&B Goals and initiatives
Provide support to D&B Stakeholders
Create documents and curate content to be utilized for our D&B Resource Page
Coordinate D&B activities in conjunction with the Team
Participate in activities related to the D&B strategic plan (i.e., supporting the D&B Dashboard, metrics, reports etc.)
Research and support the development of the D&B Resource page
Help plan and attend ERG meetings and events
Support the D&B team on drafting communications, capturing research, and event planning
Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age and actively enrolled in a degree granting academic institution with at least one academic term to complete post internship
Basic software development skills
Some coursework, project, or work experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Some analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as a self-starter, but also act as a team player
A demonstrated passion for Social Justice and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Critical thinking skills
About the US Intern Program
The 2023 U.S. program runs for 12 weeks (May 22 – August 11 or June 12 – September 1). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, work alongside peers from universities all over the country and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development. US recruiting begins in the Fall and concludes end of March.
