Our Operations Transformation offering transforms our clients' core business operations. We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions that are focused on "heart of the business" issues across client organizations. Using deep sector knowledge and program management skills, we work alongside our clients to implement industry leading practices and manage their most important projects.
The work you'll do:
Support customers with BPI needs, obtain and review necessary documentation and relevant information. Review processes with key stakeholders to identify gaps. Document recommendations for process improvements and review with key stakeholders for concurrence. Develop a roadmap for implementing the changes, including both functional and technical changes. This BPI process utilizes a data driven approach based on Lean Six Sigma methodologies to remove waste and optimize processes.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of full-time work experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- TS/SCI with poly security clearance required for this role
- Ability to travel 100%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Lean Six Sigma Experience or Certification
- Business Process Development and/or Improvement Experience
- Business Process Reengineering Experience
- Business Process Design Experience
