We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to help shape our pricing vision! You will provide analytics and pricing expertise to expand how we set our pricing and how we implement optimisation strategies to support our revenue growth.You will draw strategic insights from data, spot opportunities to improve product, and design and evaluate approaches to improve pricing on our platforms. You will work on a wide range of challenging and very important problems in the area of pricing. While working on these problems, you will conduct exploratory data analysis, design, run, and evaluate experiments, translate business questions into data analytics problems and lead implementation of analysis and share insights with broader revenue and leadership teams. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Collaborate closely with revenue stakeholders and deliver actionable insights to revenue teams
- Efficiently present data-driven insights to revenue and executive stakeholders, effectively select the right visualization types and abstract technical complexities in accessible business language
- Manipulate complex datasets using a range of tools such as Python, SQL, and Hive
- Fast delivery of actionable insights within an environment of rapidly changing priorities
- Analyse pricing experiments to provide recommendations on price changes
- Review price setting methodologies and identify areas for further development
- Research and implement new price optimisation techniques
- Develop visualisations to aid stakeholders with interpretation of pricing experiments
- 2-4 years of experience working in analytics, ideally within B2C and/or mobile app pricing
- Experience working with business leaders and strategy stakeholders in a previous data or consulting role
- Proven commercial experience querying, analysing and providing insights from large datasets
- Experience implementing elasticity, payer propensity, dynamic pricing and other price optimisation techniques is highly desirable
- Proven track record of generating additional revenue through price optimisation
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests
- Proficient knowledge of statistical modelling and algorithms
- Able to perform deep dive analyses using SQL and/or Python
- Experience within Dating or Gaming industry preferred, but not required
DESIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE- Python: pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, IPython/Jupyter
- Visualisation: matplotlib, seaborn, D3.js, plotly, ggplot (any)
- Comfortable with visualizing data in a range of output formats (e.g. decks) or tools (e.g. BI tools such as Tableau, Microstrategy etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of statistics
- Familiar with agile working methodologies
- Exposure to Version Control software like git
