You are:
An intellectually curious team player who is looking for a challenging role that will test their ability to juggle a wide range of responsibilities, including providing analytical insights on our talent acquisition activity. Working in the People Analytics Center of Excellence, this analyst is responsible for partnering with HR Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition Organization to deliver meaningful analytics, trends, and key insights throughout the talent acquisition process. If you are relatively new to Human Resources and you are interested in a role that will challenge you and provide you with an incredible breadth and depth of experience across HR, this is the right role for you.
You will:
Be the analytics resource for the leaders of the Talent Acquisition function and act as their go to contact on the People Analytics team for analytics insight.
Create visualizations of data to ensure effective communication of analysis insights and implications
Assist in identifying and analyzing key drivers, patterns or trends based on the reports that are run daily, weekly and monthly
Manipulate structured, semi-structured and unstructured data from disparate sources to provide reporting for regular production and ad hoc requests.
Analyze recruiting tool utilization and provide optimization recommendations.
Partner with external vendors to gather market research, establish benchmarks and provide proactive insights to the Talent Acquisition team.
Your background:
As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you have:
2-4 years of work experience in an HR environment.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to develop high quality executive ready dashboards and presentations independently and efficiently
An ability to interpret data to understand trends and derive meaningful insights with little oversight
Knowledge of SQL database language and/or exposure to programming languages (R, SAS, Python, etc.)
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, highly dynamic atmosphere and react quickly to changes and shifting priorities
Ability to work on and organize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Preferred:
Experience in Talent Acquisition or with Talent Acquisition data
Experience with Power BI, Tableau software, or other data visualization programs
The salary range for this position is 70-75K annually, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job
