As a Acquisitions Marketing Manager, you will be a part of the Scaled Acquisitions team in Global Partnerships. This team is focused on acquiring new publishers for our business generation products through both proven marketing strategies and innovative testing initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and legal to drive performance marketing strategies for the developer audience. You will be part of a team of marketing specialists responsible for growing traffic, leads, and online acquisitions. You will drive process efficiencies, launch experiments and provide recommendations on campaign and business performance across channels. You should strive to continuously look for ways to improve scale, reach, quality and impact of our developer focused scalable campaigns.
- Expand Google’s app business by managing the strategy, growth, and performance of scaled acquisition channels for Google AdMob, focusing on sustainable & high quality acquisitions.
- Project management of scaled acquisitions channels such as email, referrals, SEO, paid media, webinars, etc. Ownership of campaign operations, including management of external agencies, budget management, and enhancing performance via data driven optimizations.
- Manage and optimize the delivery of the core strategic and operational processes, including annual planning, monitoring/reporting business performance, global business updates, and quarterly reviews.
- Develop a nuanced understanding of developer journeys through user research to provide actionable market and customer insights for our marketing programs.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Legal, and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and narrative throughout the customer journey.
