The Partnership Engagement Operations Specialist assists with the day-to-day operations of the Core Partnership Engagement Team. This position collaborates with the Operations Director to coordinate efficient systems for team hiring, onboarding, and support.
- Position Type : This is a regular, full-time position.
- Compensation : Base pay is anticipated to be between $55,574 and $75,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
- Location : Remote
- Travel : You can also expect up to 10% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you'll have the opportunity to:
- Work to consolidate and streamline operations, creating and managing the hiring and onboarding schedules across the Partner Engagement Team. Assist with Core Partner Engagement team candidate screening.
- Coordinate PD data and operations, including inputting and manipulating data into SmartSheet , Airtable , Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the leaders of Core Partner Engagement to address all operations throughout the customer life cycle.
- Partner with Professional Development and Partner Engagement Directors and Managers for core products to ensure PD staffing and delivery requirements are met.
- Implement day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for key initiatives.
- Serve as resource for internal team members by answering product and system questions and requests.
- Ascertain needs and resolve problems with customer-focused solutions.
- Properly address issues or escalate when needed.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services.
- May generate client usage dashboards and reports according to criteria specified on reoccurring tasks.
- Up to 10% travel required.
Share Your Expertise.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, Operations, or related field and 3+ years of experience in operations function; or an acceptable combination of education and experience. Candidates with education, administration, or district-level experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving capability with the ability to sort through information from internal data and make recommendations.
- Detail oriented; extremely organized and meticulous with data.
- Highly motivated with demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed; able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, online video chat and database software.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce/ Airtable / SmartSheet and/or NetSuite and understanding of cloud-based Web Technology (preferred).
- Must have an acceptable driving record.
