Job Details
This is fixed term role until the end of the year.
This role will work in the West Emea Operations Model. This means the role will cover all countries within Federation 22 (South Africa, UK, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, which includes tasks from preparing offer letters and conducting background checks, to organising orientations and training sessions.
- Oversee the management of HR data, ensuring accurate entry and maintenance of employee information within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, emphasising quality control and the effectiveness of management strategies.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyse the results, and develop recommendations to enhance workplace environment and culture.
- Administer employee benefits, clearly communicate available packages, and respond to related inquiries with precision and empathy.
- Manage payroll adjustments and confirm accurate, timely compensation for all team members.
- Coordinate with payroll service providers to ensure smooth processing of salary disbursements.
- Oversee the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews to gather valuable feedback and improve retention strategies.
- Respond to employee inquiries, ensuring that resources for self-service and the knowledge base are current and comprehensive.
