The primary focus of our Business Development Manager is to drive business growth by recruiting and converting partners to develop cloud and as-a-service solutions capabilities to drive ArrowSphere adoption, accretive margins, and digital customer journey resulting in lower cost to serve.

What you'll be doing
- Learn, understand and be competent in demonstrating the ArrowSphere platform, its benefits, and its line card of supplier's solutions.
- Actively engage with existing Arrow ECS resellers in the assigned region to evaluate their business, offer business development assistance and access to Arrow resources.
- Convert Arrow ECS reseller purchasing motion from manual to digital for the lines of business that flow through ArrowSphere.
- Identify and recruit new Arrow ECS resellers in the assigned region that sell the lines of business that flow through ArrowSphere.
- Keep an accurate and updated pipeline of opportunities in the region.
What we are looking for
- 4-year degree
- Competency and certification in cloud services from one or more of the major hyperscalers in the industry.
- Experience selling or representing as-a-service or cloud-based solutions.
- Track record of achieving targets and goals.
- Has succeeded in an overlay role that requires collaboration and communication.
- Presentation skills.
- Technical background would be an additional asset, but not required.
