Digital Marketing Coordinator
Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level position responsible for supporting various digital marketing initiatives within the organization. This role involves assisting with the implementation, management, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns across different platforms.
Your Impact:
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid ads, Uberflip, chatbots, website personalization, YouTube, website audit and refresh, and analytics
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels for multiple products
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Support website updates, landing page creation, and A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Assist in SEO optimization efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy execution
- Track website analytics using tools like Google Analytics and recommend improvements based on data insights
- Track, measure, and analyze digital marketing KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for optimization
- Provide recommendations to enhance marketing strategies based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing Managers, Marketing Ops, and Events teams
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
- 0-2 years of digital marketing experience
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities effectively
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with Bynder, Uberflip, Qualified/chat bot, Google Ads, WordPress, Adobe, SEO, Semrush, Google Analytics, and Excel preferred
- Basic knowledge of SEO, website management (WordPress), and A/B testing
- Strong analytics skills and ability to interpret data to optimize marketing performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and environments. Embraces new challenges and is open to innovative solutions
