As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role serves as a coordinator to our national, territory and region business development partnerships. Serves as the liaison across operations, marketing, and communications for nonpharmaceutical efforts. Relentlessly pursuing cancer cures.
Mission Integration
- Partner with Education Services and Health Research department to effectively communicate the LLS overall mission, programs, resources, and priorities.
Program Logistics & Data Management:
- Internal communication to key staff with deadlines
- Weekly audit of trackers ensuring they are complete & up to date.
- Consistent follow up with internal staff to get updates on project status.
- Ensure tool kit assets are updated and accessible to all staff.
- Schedule, facilitate, and manage bi-weekly “office hours” for local staff.
- Create and manage agenda development for weekly check-in calls with external partners.
- Oversee logistics, timelines, and other operational elements for assigned National Partnerships

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 1-3 years of experience
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to keep organized and on task while meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to host virtual meetings and lead status update discussions.

- Average salary $25/hr, open to further discussion based on geography.
