    ​Position Overview

    As a Senior Manager, Customer Success Digital Transformation at Autodesk, you will lead a team of Project Managers and coordinate capability planning for the customer success technology planning portfolio with emphasis on digital transformation. You will oversee the development and implementation of a multi-year roadmap that enhances both the customer and employee experiences through strategic technology planning. You will collaborate with other Customer Success teams and the GTM technology team to ensure that technology initiatives are well-coordinated and effectively address the most critical customer success challenges.


      Responsibilities

      • Lead and manage a team of Technology Planning Project Managers. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure they achieve their individual and team goals

      • Assess current business capabilities and identify gaps and areas for improvement by utilizing data-driven analysis and stakeholder feedback.

      • Develop business capability plans for technology portfolios that consider both customer and employee tools

      • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with strategic customer success goals

      • Define and track KPIs to assess technology initiatives’ impact on customer and employee satisfaction and use data analytics to provide insights and make informed decisions


      Minimum Qualifications

      • Proven ability to hire, manage, and inspire a high-performing team of Project Managers with the ability to foster a positive and engaging culture

      • Proven experience in capability planning, including coordinating and developing comprehensive capability plans for technology portfolios that include both customer and employee tools

      • Demonstrated ability to design, manage, and execute a strategic multi-year roadmap that aligns technology capabilities with business goals and customer success objectives

      • Strong proficiency in continuously assessing an organization’s current state capabilities and proactively identifying gaps and areas for improvement

      • Proficiency in establishing KPIs to measure the success and impact of technology initiatives on customer and employee satisfaction

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences

      • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

      • Effective project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Very advanced expert roles that provide advice relevant to their subject matter expertise to senior leaders.Jobs at this level reflect sophisticated subject matter expertise and consultative capabilities

      • Development of novel, highly innovative solutions is often required

      • Recognized as experts within a discipline, and also apply working knowledge of the theories and concepts in other related disciplines

      • Lead the resolution of complex problems within own discipline, often with the need to integrate cross-functional processes and outcomes

      • Anticipate business challenges that could have significant impact on Autodesk's operational and financial success, and proactively develop solutions to address them

      • Provide input to functional strategies related to own discipline

      • Influence leaders within own function to adopt solutions, establish priorities, and allocate resources

      • May lead teams or projects with broad visibility

      Salary transparency

      Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $138,200 and $223,630. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
