Job Description:
Management and oversight support for a team of Leasing Sales Support Associates responsible for assisting in the overall process. Establish and maintain strategic relationship with Managers and marketing team in support of the line of business. Perform client/prospect/industry sector research. Draft proposal letters and term sheets. Develop pitch books. Provide systems support to team. General liaison with clients/bankers. Process awarded deals through internal system and monitor to ensure expeditious underwriting, documentation and funding of transactions. Act in the capacity of a program manager for the processing of periodic and funding under master lease lines.
Seasoned professional responsible for executing strategic regulatory and compliance mandate across Global Leasing global businesses and product lines. Critical process inventory management position responsible for creating and maintaining information regarding Global Leasing processes, activities, risks and controls.
Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified
- Ten or more years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in equipment leasing/structured finance
In-depth industry knowledge
- Knowledge of regulatory, governance and compliance requirements within industry
- Knowledge of all key aspects of leasing including structuring, pricing, accounting, finance, tax, credit and documentation.
- Proven leadership skills
- Proven ability to build partnerships to achieve swift adoption; build collaborative relationships with peers, associates, and leadership
- Proven ability to demonstrate sound judgment
- Effective communication and presentation skills
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
