Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve intricate technical issues related to UKG WFM Time Clocks, including hardware and software interactions, connectivity issues, and configuration challenges
• Serve as a subject matter expert on UKG WFM Time Clocks, offering technical insights and solutions to both internal teams and external clients
• Handle escalated support tickets from Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, ensuring timely resolution and thorough documentation of all actions taken
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of time clock devices and software, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and processes
• Work closely with IT, HR, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of time clock systems within the broader WFM environment
• Provide training and mentorship to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support staff, enhancing their technical skills and product knowledge regarding time clocks
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices related to time clock operations
• Identify areas for process enhancement and collaborate with management to implement changes that improve efficiency and user experience with time clocks

Qualifications Required

• 3+ years of experience in UKG InTouch 9100 Time Clocks, including hardware, software, and integration
• Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Lake Mary, FL or Mechanicsburg, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
• Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Bachelor's Degree
• Certified in UKG Workforce Central 8.1 and UKG Pro WFM
