Hearst Media and the Midland Reporter Telegram seek a Sales Administrator to assist advertising sales with the flow of business information and documents to fulfill client needs and execute advertising campaigns. Our sales team sell from a world class portfolio of digital products and services that position them for great success in all our markets.
This position provides a great deal of flexibility and work/life balance as the right candidate works with our many longtime local advertising executives and clients. We pride ourselves on simplifying the marketing process for our customers while helping advertisers track the impact of their campaigns and understand their advertising options. In short, we help our customers grow their business.
What will you do?
- Work with sales executives to facilitate fulfillment of account information.
- Compile reports into customer-facing documents
- General customer service
- General office duties
What will it take to be successful?
- General understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills
- Can-do attitude
