These roles are performed on a hybrid schedule – 3 days in the office in our Plano, Texas location.
As part of our team your skills as a full stack software engineer will help to influence outcomes, guide transformation, and put your stamp on how the team and organization evolves. Your Impact:In addition to your rockstar developer skills, you will mentor the team and drive full adoption of modern software engineering and delivery practices (Real Agile, TDD, ATDD, Stateless Design, Microservices, Containerization, etc.).
Qualifications:2-4 years of related professional experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related field
1- 2-years of experience with SAFE Agile, Kanban or SCRUM frameworks
2 years of experience in: Java /J2EE, Spring (Spring Core, Spring Rest, Spring Boot) or equivalent programming languages (C++, Python)
1 year of experience in databases management: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Sybase with advanced SQL knowledge
2 years of experience in test automation concepts, frameworks, UI automation using standard automation languages
Experience with development and testing tools- Jenkins, Cucumber, Selenium, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bitbucket), Git, Gradle
1 year of DevOps experience in AWS environment or equivalent (Azure, Google) - desirable
AWS Certified developer - desirable
Strong core developer with interest/knowledge in new technologies, testing, development, and design tools
Customer-first mindset with ability to influence across the enterprise
Demonstrated leader and motivational mentor

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $103,000 - $155,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
