- Experience in identity, identity management, or similar.
- Experience in Ads, user-acquisition, or game analytic products.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
In this role, you will collaborate across Play and Google to land features that bring real value to our game developers. You will identify both strategic and tactical opportunities to grow our developer utility and adoption, address friction or blockers to usage, and foster an appreciation and prioritization of developers’ needs.
Google Play offers music, movies, books, apps and games for devices, powered by the cloud. It syncs across devices and on the web. As part of the Android and Mobile team, Googlers working on Google Play do everything from engineering our backend systems, to shaping product strategy, to forming great content partnerships. They make it possible for people to do things like buy an ebook or song on their Android phone, then have it instantly available on their laptop. The Google Play team enhances the Android ecosystem by giving developers and partners a premium store where they can reach millions of users.
- Collaborate with Play Gateway Server (PGS) and Loyalty leads, and our global Developer Partnerships team to build a compelling goal and roadmap for developer services.
- Drive scalable solutions that enable Play and Google partners to bring compelling experiences to users.
- Lead a local cross-functional group of engineers and UX designers within the Play India office to onboard existing developer products and take new ones from initial conception to scaled worldwide launch with go-to-market strategies.
- Report to Play management on product and program performance.
- Establish analyses and market research hypotheses in order to understand user opportunities and pain points, as well as program/product effectiveness.
