Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- As an SEO Specialist you will manage PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
- Working with performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisitions providing in-depth website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Working with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
- You will need to have a solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO.
- Building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
- As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will be creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations and ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
- 5+ years of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- 5+ years with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- 5+ years' experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
- 5+ years of blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go together with SEO.
- 5+ years' experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs.
- 5+ years' experience creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations.
- 5+ years' experience of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- 5+ years' experience ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Must be Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- Must be able to work onsite in Pleasanton, CA.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
