Campaign/Segment Marketing Manager

What You Will Be Doing:
The Campaign/Segment Marketing manager will report into Arrow's corporate marketing department and provide support to the global component supplier marketing team through the execution and management campaigns specific to the Advanced Power portfolio.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive collaboration between Arrow and Advanced Power manufacturers to further enable the ecosystem and measurement of KPIs.
- Manage digital marketing activities including webinars, webpages, and social media.
- Collaborate with Digital and Arrow Studio to implement and execute campaigns.
- Promote new product introductions (NPI).
- Content creation around critical applications associated to Advanced Power, including renewable energy, EV-charging, energy storage, industrial motor drives.
- Provide technical project management support to key internal stakeholders, with a focus on leveraging data to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
- Apply and leverage marketing tools and champion marketing automation initiatives.
- Encompass Arrow's corporate branding as a global technology enabler in the creation and management of campaigns.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of related marketing experience, specifically successful campaign management.
- Experience with marketing automation software and tools.
- Prior success developing and executing brand campaigns across the full mix of marketing and communication channels.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technology savvy with the ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office - particularly Excel.
- Prior experience creating content and campaigns for electronics manufacturers strongly preferred.
Work Arrangement: (Effective Sept. 1, 2023
- Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Dry Creek/Panorama office site; Monday/Friday-work from home.
