Job Description
In the role of People Operations Program Manager, you'll work collaboratively with multiple teams to convert business requirements into system or process-driven solutions. Taking the lead on optimization initiatives, you'll manage our team's Operations Prioritization log, oversee enhancements, handle change management, nurture vendor relationships, and ensure seamless project executions. Your expertise will also be vital in facilitating smooth integration processes during mergers and acquisitions.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Collaborate to translate business needs into system specific solutions
- Help manage relationships with People Systems tech stack vendors and partner with stakeholders to assess current and future needs of systems.
- Partner with Project Lead(s) for major systems implementations to ensure projects are on track and stakeholders are connected
- Understand the impact of system configurations on downstream processes, teams, and stakeholders.
- Iterate, maintain, and PM our Teammate Success M&A Playbook to deliver a human first, inclusive integration experience that engages talent to drive growth.
- Assist in supporting our Culture Ambassadors program to drive connection and energize teammates.,
- Assist in the review, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of HR systems and configurations in partnership with People Operations teammates, CoE, and HRIS teams.
- Provide Tier 1 support for the People Operations team, focusing on Teammate Access needs, Business Process Troubleshooting, Enhancement Project Management, and Change Management, including SLA and queue management support in Zendesk.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of a Teammate Success Operating Rhythm, facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices preferred, with experience in driving change initiatives within an organization.
- Commitment to upholding confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Experience:
2+ years of project or program management, or equivalent experience collaborating cross functionally to drive alignment and projects/programs forward.
2+ years of experience on a Human Resources team, preferably in an Operational role
1+ year of experience working in Workday preferred
2+ years working in the SaaS or Tech space, preferably in early stage or growth stage(s)
