Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in a management, technical or engineering field.
- 8 years of experience in consulting: software, Internet, media industries and/or early stage companies.
- Experience in structuring and executing complex analyses to support strategy in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Experience with excellent project management, problem solving/analysis, written/verbal communication and people management skills.
- Knowledge of Service Operations, Customer Support Operations, and Internet/Online Media.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to review design and technical implementation.
About the job
In this role, you will be responsible for defining gTech Ads data and tools strategy and roadmap. You will partner with cross-functional teams within gTech and Product/Engineering teams who build tools for practitioners and enable high quality experiences across surfaces like Helpcenter. You will partner with cross-functional teams responsible for building data, insights and analytics infrastructure for gTech Ads support teams. You will also translate strategic business priorities into tools, data and automation agenda for the organisation.

- Manage the business rhythm, advising stakeholders on the operational health, areas of improvement in day to day operations.
- Identify operational and customer specific hot-spots that enable leaders to make effective decisions.
- Resolve issues to deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on business analyses to leadership.
- Measure and benchmark improvements for critical projects in partnership with cross-functional project owners.
