LIFE SKILLS SPECIALIST
About your role:
The Life Skills Specialist ensures that children and families receive life skills training in a caring, competent, and responsible manner; directs and assists families and children to available community services; and provides direct client care.

Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university

Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university
A minimum of two years of experience working with children/adolescents and/or families
Having excellent knowledge of independent living skills, community resources, referring agencies, court systems, discharge resources, and other services
Sensitive to other cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds
The Life Skills Specialist must be a licensed driver with automobile insurance in good standing and access to reliable transportation at all times.
CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification.
