In this role, the Manager of Talent Development, reporting to the Vice President of People Strategy, will focus on operationalizing, implementing and overseeing learning and development programs.
In this pivotal role, the Manager of Talent Development will play a crucial part in nurturing and guiding a highly skilled global team of Talent Development Program Partners. These partners are instrumental in orchestrating a comprehensive spectrum of initiatives designed to bolster engagement and elevate performance levels throughout the organization.
With a focus on driving excellence, the manager will assume responsibility for overseeing various programs, including the facilitation of performance reviews and the implementation of manager enablement strategies. By providing strategic guidance and operational support, they will empower the team to deliver impactful solutions that align with organizational objectives and foster a culture of continuous growth and development.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Provide dedicated support and guidance to a global team of Talent Development Program Partners.
- Oversee and coordinate a diverse range of talent development initiatives aimed at enhancing engagement and performance.
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of performance review processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and deliver manager enablement programs to equip leaders with the skills and tools necessary to effectively support their teams.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify talent development needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on talent management best practices and industry trends.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Talent Development team.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of operations experience
- 5+ years of experience as a people manager
- 3+ years of learning and development experience
- 3+ years of SaaS experience

USD $125,000.00/Yr.
Compensation Max
USD $135,000.00/Yr.
*The above sets forth the annual base salary range for this role exclusive of any discretionary bonus that may be awarded. Actual compensation will be based on an assessment of factors including the successful candidate’s location, experience, skill, and other job-related factors*
