Cybersecurity, Intelligence and Services (CIS) has an immediate opening for Program Manager to support the customer team. The ideal candidate for this job must possess knowledge of immigration policy and procedures as they relate to non-immigrant visitors and visa classifications.
Job Description:
- Ability to provide overall strategic management, defines the program scope and objectives, manages project’s scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
- Understanding of analytical research in support of investigative queries
- Ability to develop program management plans, program documentation, work breakdown structures, program schedules, integrated master schedules, financial reports, and risk management documentation.
- Prepares charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing and effectively presenting information.
- Reviews risk and risk mitigation activities of the program and proposes budgets for the same.
- Coordinates schedules to facilitate completion of task and contract deliverables, briefings/presentations, and program reviews.
- Knowledge of ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviews program deliverables.
- Ability to interface with all areas affected by the project including other intra-organizational parties, other Government organizations, and end users; and
- Knowledge of ensuring compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience in providing leadership and vision in incident handling, response, and analysis.
- Must be hands-on
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to capture, document, and report program metrics
- Possess good time management and written and oral communications skills
- The program manager is also responsible for management and delivery of the quarterly program management review (PMR).
- The PM must possess knowledge of immigration policy and procedures as they relate to non-immigrant visitors and visa classifications.
- Basic Knowledge of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and various Visa types
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum Five (5) years supervisory experience in large office management, or Minimum of ten (10) years supervisory experience in large office management in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of Five years (5) of directly related research experience
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Government’s facilities located at various satellite offices in the National Capital Region (NCR) and Vienna VA.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Top Secret and be SCI eligible

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
