Kinaxis has a well-established team of Sales and Professional Services professionals across the US. Our newest office is based in Irving’s Las Colinas development and will serve as a centralized hub where employees and customers from across the US can come together to work towards solving some of the biggest challenges facing supply chains.  

• BSc Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent, MBA is an asset
• 10+ years of directly related experience working on the development and delivery of enterprise software; manufacturing/supply chain/BI and 5+ years of directly related product management experience. A seasoned SME within the high-tech industry, technical aptitude, and experience working with clients from multiple industries to develop industry leading supply chain management solutions.
• Experience in leading and managing multiple large and complex projects. Leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience includes but is not limited to, knowledge of Enterprise Software security standards and protocols, broad knowledge of enterprise software applications, experience launching a new business segment or work in a startup environment, and with the deployment, maintenance and administration of enterprise software.
• Experience building rich user experiences, especially in the areas of administration and configuration, SaaS or Cloud software architecture, enterprise platform development
  and deployment.
• A clear, concise, and professional communicator with the ability to demonstrate their level of
  knowledge. The ability to lead facilitation and present information that will engage a diverse audience in an inspiring and impactful way. The incumbent develops multiple education and presentation materials for clientele, internal users, and ELT. Active listening skills with the ability to conduct themselves with emotional intelligence, manage ambiguity, and consider input from others to determine the best course of action. Use of empathy and influence.
  Problem solving and developing strategy are significant components of the work and require advanced analytical, design, and systems thinking skills, and a clear understanding of change management.
• The incumbent works mostly in collaboration with multiple groups to solicit and analyze diverse inputs into a cohesive vision and resolve deep and complex problems, that result in a re-engineering / integration of the product, or development of a new product. This work requires SME in a technical foundation, logical and quantitative skills, extensive depth of experience in product building, re-engineering, or deploying solutions to business planning problems in supply chain domain/management. Expertise includes but is not limited to, supply planning algorithms, operations research and optimization, heuristics, ML/AI, and combination of these mechanisms. The incumbent works with R&D to determine the most appropriate technology and framework for a solution by leveraging supply chain domain knowledge and expertise to guide the data science, algorithms, and optimization teams during implementation.

Intermediate to advanced skill in MS Office, financial, related, and information systems, and related industry software, and advanced working level of Kinaxis RapidResponse product knowledge is required. The Senior Product Manager requires directly related industry expertise as SME. Experience and understanding of ERP and SCM vendor solutions and market opportunities. Maintain knowledge and expertise on the latest enterprise platform strategies, trends and opportunities. Must have broad knowledge of enterprise software applications. Experience building rich user experiences, especially in the areas of administration and configuration. Experience with SaaS or Cloud software architecture. Experience with enterprise platform development and deployment.
