The Slack Global Strategy Team is a trusted group who drive transformation for the Slack COO organization on a global scale. Our mission is to be the central, global hub of standards, methodology, transformation and business performance and customer insights for the GTM and Product organization at Slack. The team standardizes methodologies globally, shares best practices across regional and functional teams, proactively targets process inefficiencies, runs key planning cycles and acts as custodians of our business performance and customer analytics services for distribution and product teams.
This team is the go-to experts on business, market and customer data, proactively sharing insights to help guide key business decisions.
We are looking for an individual who can:
* Drive execution & strategy across the Slack business - create simple, scalable, and innovative business tools & processes to optimize day-to-day execution.
* Serve as bridge between strategy & key collaborators (Global PMO, GTM, G4G Workstream teams). Own Strategy-tailored communications to keep collaborators abreast of key action items, achievements, and general updates.
* Partner closely with the data science team to visualize key business and customer insights
* Define global standards and methodologies for consistent approaches to key business process across GTM and Product, including forecasting, pipeline management, deal reviews, product operations and more
* Set expectations and lead performance inputs into management and executive reviews - QBRs, APM Reviews, Product reviews
* Act as a global source of truth for data insights on business performance, standardizing our approach to business, market and customer data to derive insights and inform decision-making for distribution and product teams.
* Lead our integration of data infrastructure, aligning to Salesforce standards
Required Skills:
* 3+ years of relevant experience sales or product strategy, sales operations, sales programs, sales enablement, sales consulting, sales leadership, Marketing, Demand Generation or learning design preferred
* Pragmatic problem solver, with a bias to action and “getting things done”. Passionate about driving business outcomes and change at the ground level
* Experience crafting (or influencing the design of) revenue-producing sales campaigns and/or programs, and go-to-market strategies
* Builds positive relationships and works cross-functionally to share information and resources, problem-solving, and produce better outcomes
* Build and deliver presentations to management, C-Level Executives, and sales executives
* Ability to creatively solve problems with limited resources and input. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
* Synthesize data and build programs to address gaps in the business, bringing in cross-functional teams as needed
* Develops creative net new approaches or processes to solve new or emerging problems
* Delivers compelling & impactful programs to large & diverse audiences of sellers; comfortable presenting to large groups
* Establishes a spirit of teamwork and leads by example
* Fearless communicator translating business insights into practical recommendations

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $115,200 to $158,400.
