We’re looking for a Software Engineering Manager who is passionate about building products that power the next generation of Azure networking services. You will be responsible for building and operating state-of-the-art networking services used by thousands of customers world-wide. You will manage talented software engineers in “AzNet Insights” team. - 4+ years of Software development experience
- 1+ years of People management experience
- Experience with Container platforms and technologies (Dockers, Kubernetes)
- Experience in Distributed Systems
- Contributions to open-source software projects is a plus
- BS or MS or PhD degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience or training
- Solid Design & Programming skills
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- C#, Golang, C++, gRPC and Linux/Unix/Windows systems programming.
- Distributed Systems
- Virtualization (hypervisors; VM switching), performance optimization.
- Designing and running large-scale fault-tolerant infrastructure services
- RESTful Services
- Networking (TCP/IP, UDP, TLS/SSL, HTTP/HTTPS)
