The Team: The Sales Representative will be a member of the Private Credit sales team within S&P Global’s Market Intelligence division. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of companies, from start-ups to mature private credit companies. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new revenue and retaining existing business .
Responsibilities and Impact:
S&P Global’ s Private Credit solutions team is focused on providing private markets with operational efficiencies through our fit for purpose solutions. The iLEVEL solution streamlines data collection, portfolio monitoring, analytics, valuation, and reporting.
iLEVEL clients manage the flow of data and create a single source of truth to make informed decisions and communicate transparently with investors, auditors, boards and other stakeholders.
· Develop and execute on our sales plan, which is based on a product, regional and individual quota plan
· Focus on new customer acquisition, as well as cross-selling & renewals within existing accounts
· Negotiate contract terms and pricing, in collaboration with the sales team
· Maintain a focused approach to sales activity and pipeline management
· Collaborate with the Commercial Strategy team, which drives product direction
· Attend industry events to help drive industry outreach and pipeline development
Compensation/Benefits Information:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $121,757 to $244,700. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

· Experience selling complex data and/or technology solutions
· Strong business acumen with a consistent track record in consultative sales
· Confidence in approaching different types of customer segments, working across regions and selling into c-level executives
· Ability to clearly communicate our company’s vision and strategic goals
· Ability to collaborate across functional and geographic boundaries
· Strong communication, organization, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Well-balanced sales mindset and discipline to balance short-term new business goals with long-term divisional goals
· Demonstrated analytical skills regarding sales planning and reporting
