Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and oversee delivery of the product roadmap for Contact Center Applications
- Define the vision for Optum’s Contact Center platform in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and business partners to understand and anticipate their needs
- Understand capabilities across the portfolio /product line and deliverables between product lines
- Partners appropriately to support dependencies across the portfolio to minimize overlapping work
- Ensures high-level roadmap alignment across portfolios where required
- Enable on-time delivery via manageable features/stories coordinated across teams
- Communicates effectively with all senior stakeholders (up to Senior Leadership)
- Clearly communicates strategic portfolio direction via multi-year roadmap
- Ensure overall product strategy and Roadmap are executed
- Drive the budget at scrum team/product level
- Speaks credibly to both business and technology partners across teams and levels
- Clearly communicates strategic portfolio direction via multi-year roadmap
- Understand the infrastructure/technology/flow of product
- Understand the system components and how they integrate
- Influence the prioritization of the product backlog
- Evaluating technical alternatives and decomposing significantly complex problems into straightforward technical propositions
- Fluent in Aha, Rally, GitHub
- Ensure integration testing /automation practices
- Anticipates leadership /stakeholder needs, proactively address gaps
- Serve as an intermediary between business and architecture/engineering teams and subjectively traverse when needed Make presentations to senior leadership, ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Proven Track record of IT project delivery, understanding business strategy, profound industry know how on Managing projects across different phases of Software Development Life Cycle
- Ability to build and manage relationships across the large enterprise
- Pro-actively seek out the right people in and outside of team to further understanding and acquire what is needed

Required Qualifications:
- BE/ B.Tech /MCA/M. Tech in Software Engineering/Computer Science
- 12+ years of relevant experience in Software Engineering and IT/ITES Industry
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Product Manager and should have delivered projects of good scale, preferably in Health Care Domain
- 5+ years experience in Agile methodology, Scrum based SW development , Software Quality Engineering and Automation Testing
- Possess an in-depth understanding of Agile product management best practices and frameworks
- Familiarity with Health Care Industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile SCRUM / PMP Certified
- Any prior experience of working in a contact center
- Experience of any contact center platform like Genesys / Avaya / Amazon Connect
