Your Day to Day
As a Manager, Small Business Sales, you would be working on:
Be an integral part of the leadership team and own the process for quickly closing leads from Channel and Partner sources while focusing on generating new fast paced revenue from 0-99 employee count.
Focus on coaching and developing the team, refining, and building on our Small Business sales strategy, and partnering cross-functionally to identify additional Channel and Partner opportunities.
Analyze team activity and performance data to find opportunities to improve success rates and motivate individual AEs to exceed targets through coaching and mentorship.
Accurately forecast and report on the state of your business to Leadership.
Consistently partner with top Channel sources in respective region along with internal Channel leadership and RPMs.
What We’re Looking For
As a Manager, Small Business Sales, your background will look like:
Experience managing and leading a team of BDRs/AEs remotely to achieve KPIs and sales targets in a SaaS company.
Demonstrated expertise in working with Channel Partners and the respective internal teams.
Prior experience working with CRMs like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
A collaborative mindset- someone who enjoys working cross functionally to solve business challenges.
Ability to present ideas, performance and KPIs in a clear, graphical, written and verbal way.
