What you'll be doing:
We are looking for a Corporate Account Executive to help us establish and grow customers across all verticals in North America. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in selling technology to different verticals in your region. You’ll also benefit from Camunda’s growth model, and recognition as a leader in the Process Orchestration category to grow the region. On your path to success, you'll partner closely with your Account teams and Partners across the region.
Camunda’s Field Operations organization is driven by a fully remote workforce that emphasizes accountability, agility, and collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Build a complete pipeline of new and expansion opportunities while managing the full sales process from first contact to closing in Corporate accounts (<5,000 employees)
- Exceed assigned quarterly and annual software subscription targets by developing impactful executive relationships through preparation, influence and insight while collaborating with Partners, Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams to build the territory sales strategy by expanding target customers, crafting outreach messaging and executing outbound prospecting campaigns
- Qualify incoming leads and inquiries while leading product presentations, online and on site, and conducting pricing and contract negotiations
- Deliver accurate forecasts, diligently update Salesforce.com and participate in team and company weekly meetings
*This is a remote role and can be based anywhere where we are eligible to hire, please find a list of available countries here. Most of the companies you’ll be working with will be based in North America.
What you bring:
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
- A record of exceeding assigned targets
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales environment, ideally in software
- Aspiration to understand your customers' needs and proactively support them in achieving it
- Ability to communicate complex issues and products in a clear and concise manner
- Applicable language skills in the assigned region and eligible to live in the assigned territory
- Experience with selling enterprise software, open-source or process automation tools a plus
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn and relentless ambition both with yourself and the customer / prospect you are working with
- A competitive spirit motivated to win
- A willingness to embrace Camunda’s FAITH values

What We Have to Offer:
Compensation
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
- United States: $181,900.00 to $272,800.00
- Germany: €121,000.00 to €181,400.00
- United Kingdom: £117,900.00 to £176,800.00
- Singapore: S$225,900.00 to S$338,800.00
If you are outside one of these countries, you would be employed by our Preferred Employer Organization (PEO), Remote.
