The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) includes all of the engineering disciplines responsible for systems design & test with all Raytheon products. Our engineers are responsible for all elements of the development lifecycle for test including: test requirements, test system design, flight simulations, hardware-in-the-loop, computer-in-the-loop, advanced engineering prototyping technology, flight operations for manned and unmanned vehicles, environmental testing, environmental characterization and engineering laboratory management. We are hands-on, designing with the latest technology and tools, and integrate state of the art test solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world.
As part of the Test Environment Support Administration (TESA) team, you be working with both leading-edge technologies and legacy systems to support multiple products and programs throughout Raytheon. You will provide Test Equipment (TE) integration, security consultation, troubleshooting, sustainment, and compliance with the ultimate responsibility to maintain test integrity and the availability for our test systems.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
You will be responsible for processes and procedure development, contracting estimates, data management, and project management supporting the Test Environment Support Administration (TESA) team. Duties will also include assisting with educating TESA customers in the use of available products and system documentation updates.
Assist on tactical and operational plans with short- to medium-term focus (e.g., less than 1 year to 1 - 2 years).
Problems faced may be difficult to moderately complex.
As a part of this role, you will collaborate with multi-discipline teams in the operation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems. You will interact with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, CPT/Directorate Leads, as well as other functional management to drive results to achieve program and business unit objectives. You will support TEE hiring goals as well as lead the onboarding of new TESA personnel.
Provides independent health checks by evaluating department metrics and finical operation.
Involvement in center initiatives.
Basic Qualification:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and eight (8) years’ prior relevant experience OR an Advanced STEM degree and 5 years' prior relevant experience.
Experience with Windows operating systems in desktop and server environments.
Experience with financial reporting activities, including CAM
Experience leading efforts as a program manager, IPTL, sub-IPTL, REA and/or project team lead.
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science degree in STEM.
DoD 8570.01m IAT II certified credentials (Sec+, CISM, CySA+, etc.)
Experience working in a DoD Special Access Programs environment.
Strong knowledge and experience with Windows, Linux (operating systems in desktop and server environments).
Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System or similar budget tracking system).
Knowledge with the Performance Development Process.
Working understanding of the TEE One Page Process.
Experience managing Test Equipment on a DoD compliant information systems.
Experience with our proposal capture process (development of compliant Basis of Estimates, and White Sheet Development).
Experience with the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process and Engineering Labor Forecasting (ELF) System.
Knowledge with business and program improvements through process improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of whole lifecycle process from requirements development to maintenance and sustainment.
