As a part of the Global Advertising Technology team at Salesforce, you'll handle the media quality and privacy workstreams that enable the regional paid media teams to deliver impactful campaigns to enhance the customer journey.

We are looking for industry influencers to help reimagine the way we empower our digital performance teams and our external partners to best-in-class omni-channel advertising at scale.
Responsibilities:
Lead AdTech Media Quality & Privacy critical initiatives including best practices, education of existing capabilities, developing paid media use cases for demonstrating 1P data, handle media vendor compliance reviews and evaluation of brand quality solutions
Develop team of authorities delivering on global pivotal initiatives supporting ad verification, global media taxonomy and media data privacy governance
Champion Media Lab AdTech global standard methodologies with consideration for regional privacy needs and compliance nuances
Partner closely with Data & Compliance, Media Intelligence, Brand and Paid Media teams to develop clear strategic POVs on 1P data, future proofing digital media investment and documenting standard methodologies
Celebrate and socialize team wins/achievements based on testing initiatives, capability testing or adoption, key campaign launches, etc.
Stay up to date on new technologies, market trends and industry standard processes and privacy changes as they impact the ad ecosystem.
People Skills:
You're comfortable influencing others, handling partners, getting agreement from leadership, and communicating clearly.
Ability to self-start and pivot in fast paced environment
Consulting and advising business partners applying data, gathering, identifying, defining, and communicating business requirements.
Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize effectively.
Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.
Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, tried ability to influence others internally and externally.
Knowledge and Abilities:
7+ years experience in strategic digital media management, with an emphasis on media quality partnerships and legal/security/privacy
Prior experience leading Google Marketing Platforms (Search Ads 360, Display Video 360 and Campaign Manager) or comparable advertising technology platforms
General understanding of the digital advertising compliance environment, plus if privacy certified such as CIPP
Ad Operations experience, such as campaign creation and ad trafficking, is a plus
Ability to lead cross functional teams and projects from start to finish
Ability to prioritize and independently follow through on all tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
General understanding of the digital advertising compliance environment, plus if privacy certified such as CIPP
General understanding of martech systems - lead processors, data environments, APIs
