The new hire will work closely with Visa’s Director, Chief of Staff, Global Money Movement to provide support on all internal and external initiatives and communications. This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Chief of Staff in managing administrative tasks, assisting with business strategy formulation and implementation, and overseeing daily operations. This role will be expected to collaborate with key members of the Global Money Movement Teams, Corporate and Product Communications Teams, Regional Teams, and other global functions on a regular basis. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
This role encompasses the following key responsibilities
- Assist the Chief of Staff in day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling important team meetings, drafting key materials (agendas and decks) for important meetings on an ongoing basis (All Staffs, QBRs, MBRs, Leadership Team Meetings, Quarterly reviews with Country Managers and Group Country Managers to report out on the latest and greatest happenings in the org).
- Work with regional BPOs to draft weekly reporting bullets / updates on key wins, losses and potential risks to share with CMS leadership.
- Assist in the planning and end-to-end execution for important client councils and other internal and external events.
- Working in conjunction with the Communications team and Regional Money Movement teams, assist the Chief of Staff in developing internal and external communications to keep the Money Movement narrative alive and broader storytelling efforts consistent.
- Work with the partnering functions to collect key developments and highlights in preparation for meetings and discussions and prioritizing business topics.
- Assist the Chief of Staff in compiling and organizing critical information, issues and business data to support efficient business decision-making.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth operations and communication and ensure internal business records are kept up to date (assist Chief of Staff in tracking team wide OKR progress).
- Support in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.

The individual will be a thought leader in business communications and business growth with a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications
•Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 72,900.00 to 103,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
