Job Details
- Develop, land, and execute SMB/CSP Strategy built on identified market opportunities, to deliver and exceed SMB/CSP Sales Targets, and to drive customers profitable acquisitions and churn prevention.
- Build, develop and lead inside Sales team across the region, maintain its knowledge, and drive awarenesssto help the team to develop their skills and grow within the organization.
- Establish, develop, and maintain long team relationships with key customers in the region.
- Work close with regional stakeholders and Microsoft to build and land aligned sales and GTM plans and programs to drive growth across SMB Segment.
- Own end to end and manage SMB/CSP sales process to support and drive automated, intelligent leads generation, pipe management, forecasting and customer acquisitions.
- Identify gaps in solutions portfolio offered to SMB/CSP customers, initiate and support developing and publishing new solutions built and developed to meet customers’ demand.
- Integrate Microsoft programs and their sales plays to accelerate growth and maximize sales impact.
- Manage consistent ROB with Microsoft Team.
