The Finance & Strategy (F&S) team serves as a trusted adviser to the business to help guide decision-making through business partner support and innovative and informative analyses. This role will primarily be the International representative of the Global Services team working across Geos on worldwide tasks and initiatives. The Manager will also be acting as International FBP support, partnering with executives across the EMEA and APAC business. The Manager will partner cross-functionally within Finance, Operations, Recruiting, Accounting, Rev Rec and ES, bringing the right experts and teams together to maximize the strategic value and impact that the Finance Organization has on the business.
The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic environment, be adept at operating both at a strategic and tactical level. The role will report to the Sr Manager, Finance & Strategy supporting International Services, and will operate in a matrixed team.
Office Location: Dublin, Ireland
Responsibilities:
- Act as International Representative of the Worldwide Services team with dotted line to the Director, Finance & Strategy for WW Services.
- Be the owner of Global Processes. Proactively coordinate between Geo Finance teams while understanding and implementing Corporate F&S strategy
- Act as International Finance Business Partner support. Build strong relationships while working with the Services Leadership Team to establish the financial goals of the year, measure progress throughout the year and providing sound recommendations on course of action.
- Proactively identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement and facilitate problem solving and forward progress among the teams
- Execute strategic projects, developing a deep understanding of key metrics for the Services businesses and how they translate into financial performance
- Assist in analysis and presentation of strategic materials for key management meetings
- Build an inclusive and diverse work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, constructive feedback, and employee satisfaction
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
- Required Skills / Experience:
- Third level degree and professional accounting accreditation (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- A minimum of 5+ years FP&A or relevant work experience
- Core foundational FP&A experience: accounting, planning, forecasting, variance analysis
- Track record of identifying opportunities and successfully leading process improvement or other strategic projects
- Ability to deal with a fast moving dynamic environment with high degree of ambiguity and constant change
- Ability to independently address new analytical requests: understand the main question being asked, gather needed data, build models, validate assumptions, perform analyses, and present executive-level summarized results in a compelling manner
- Strong MS Excel, Hyperion, Smartview, Tableau and Google suite, or other financial and data visualization software
- Great teammate - thrives in an environment of collaboration; recognizes the appropriate time to lead, question, or step back; able to champion and motivate a team to achieve the desired results

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
