You are:
A performance-driven contributor who can manage and grow an existing book of business and take on the challenges of new clients added to the portfolio. You are a loyal individual who can foster deep rooted relationships, understand, and overcome the business challenges faced by our clients, and provide a strategic vision for their growth.
You will:
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio spanning line of business (LOB) including Fulfillment, Delivery, Returns, Cross Border, and Digital Shipping.
- Conduct regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs), review performance metrics, outline and implement strategies for growth and service optimization.
- Identify and pursue cross sell opportunities in conjunction with the sales organization
- Negotiate contractual elements as required (e.g., renewals, request for proposal’s (RFP’s), rates & fees, etc.), minimize and mitigate churn.
- Onboard and provide excellent service to new clients to the Pitney Bowes services platform.
- Collaborate & partner across business units to bring forward the best client experience possible.
As a Senior Client Success Manager, you have:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a client-facing role, focused on the mid-to-enterprise level merchant base in a highly dynamic, fluid, and highly competitive environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- A proven history in managing and growing clients ranging from $30M to $80M in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
- Knowledge in the ecommerce ecosystem and specifically, the post purchase experience.
- A solid foundation in logistics and cross border ecosystems, and a comprehensive understanding of key performance indicator’s (KPI’s) leveraged to derive insight across anything “Ecommerce,” “Shipping,” and “Experience.”
- A focus that fosters doing the right thing the right way for clients, colleagues, and the organization.

The wage range for this position is $120000 to $140000 / year. The actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
