The Solution Sales Manager will oversee sales of ServiceNow's Customer Workflows and Supply Chain and Finance Suite Workflows to Financial Services customers. These products are built on our market leading Service Management platform and create a single source of truth that allows enterprise processes to execute with hyperautomation and AI.
What you get to do in this role:
The Solution Sales Executive supports the Customer Workflows strategy and solution win for strategic financial services accounts in the Midwest
Driving new business within both existing and new logo accounts
Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical alignment, account use case targeting and execution
Provide input to several field AE's during the account planning process based on CX territory strategy and recommendations
Support customers to envision the value of a digital transformation and support development of strategy by partnering with rest of account team, customer and partners.
Work as a team with field SC & Customer Workflows SC on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement with team-based engagement model
Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE with foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify specialty solution opportunities and help manage the sales cycle
Customize the time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes
Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment
To be successful in this role you have:
Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and enterprise software sales into Tier 1 financial services accounts
7+ years selling CX or S2P solutions to key business stakeholders
10+ years experience as a quota carrying Sales Specialist, Product Specialist, full cycle sales AE, or relevant sales role. [CSM, FSM and/or S2P solutions preferred].
Deep understanding of business sales processes, business value analysis. and SaaS
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline
Travel required: 25-40%
Current location in Chicago or Minneapolis
The ideal candidate would also have:
Matrixed sales organization experience
An insurance, banking, and/or wealth management client roster in the Midwest
