Job Description
Raytheon seeks a COMSEC Responsible Officer to support the installation, modification, testing, keying, upgrading, maintenance, distribution, control and safeguarding of COMSEC equipment - to include the required documentation.
Personnel may share duties with other job functions.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Reports to the Team Lead and Program Leadership
Interface with real-time O&M personnel, both within GTG and other Associate Contractors.
Work in an open environment where frequent and direct interaction and collaboration with customers and peers is ordinary.
24x7 on call support.
Attend and participate in COMSEC coordination meetings.
Ship and receive all COMSEC related equipment.
Observe and follow the COMSEC Material Control System guidelines to include inventory and equipment audits.
Develop and administer training and indoctrination to all accessed personnel, including annual refresher training.
Accountable to maintain personal training and Certifications.
Required Security Clearance:
An active and in-scope U.S. TS/SCI security clearance with C.I. polygraph.
"Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance."
Work Location:
Aurora, Colorado (Onsite)

Required Skills:
Ability to follow instructions to be able to work independently with little supervision.
Knowledge and ability to work on operational systems within an Operational and Maintenance (O&M) industry.
Ability to learn and understand a wide application of technical theories and concepts utilized in this area.
Ability to work in a multi-tasking dynamic environment under general direction.
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must respond well in a stressful, real-time environment.
Maintain a positive attitude and works well with others.
Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of related experience in lieu of a degree. Military experience may substitute for some requirements.
