Visa’s Global Sales Enablement and Analytics Team is responsible for shaping the vision and executing the strategy for building transformational sales capabilities, including tools, collateral, and insights that will help accelerate the commercialization of Visa’s products and solutions for Merchants and Acquirers.
We are seeking a Program Manager to work cross-regionally to drive continuous improvement of core sales processes and projects that remove obstacles, create efficiency, or unlock insights for the Global Merchant Sales and Acquiring organization, responsibilities including but not limited to.
Report to Director of Sales Analytics. Work as an integral team to set quantifiable objectives and steps to expanding the usership of sales analytics tools and reports.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders in sales, business operations, and finance to understand and document their reporting requirements. Work with the Director of Sales Analytics to prioritize those requirements and create a development roadmap with clearly defined deliverables and release schedule.
Work as an individual contributor to execute the roadmap in the most effective reporting platform, e.g., Tableau, Power BI or Excel worksheets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering and stakeholders, to ensure that the design effectively meets the desired objectives, especially data accuracy requirements.
Work with regional and global sales management to optimize and automate sales reporting. Building relationships with key stakeholders and within the GSEA team is the key growth area for this role.
Be the go-to person for CRM and sales reporting systems in MS&A organization. Maintain occasional user access changes, provide training and support to end-users on navigating and interacting with Tableau dashboards and reports. Drive the continuous improvement of dashboard usability.
The ideal candidate is adept at organizing and leading cross-functional initiatives and is motivated by both independent and collaborative problem solving and analytic excellence. They will demonstrate individual resourcefulness and a drive to get things done with a collaborative, ‘make it happen’ approach.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 5+ years work experience in sales, sales operations, business strategy, or consulting
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce or Dynamics sales performance reporting and dashboards
- 3+ years proven experience in business analytics, reporting and data visualization.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, and similar tools required for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong organizational skills for multiple small-medium projects as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles. Demonstrate decisive but inclusive decision making in a fast-paced multi-work stream environment.
- Experience identifying opportunities for product, program, and process improvement.
- Strong Microsoft productivity skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills. Adept at synthesizing presentations via PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated capacity to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
- Experience in researching and analyzing key business drivers, trends and operating metrics is highly preferred.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 98,000.00 to 125,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
