Enterprise Agreement Specialist - Chicago
Position Overview: Juniper Networks is seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Agreement Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting go-to-market enterprise sales by managing and negotiating enterprise agreements with our key clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, have excellent negotiation skills, and be adept at building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Agreement Negotiation:
Lead the negotiation and structuring of enterprise agreements to meet clients' unique needs while ensuring alignment with Juniper Networks' business objectives.
Support the technical discovery and qualifications of enterprise agreements. Uncover business requirements and present proposals to the customers during a sales cycle.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and tailor agreements to address specific customer needs.
Contract Management:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Juniper Networks' products, services, and pricing structures to create customized agreements that deliver value to both parties.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all negotiated agreements.
Client Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into industry trends and recommending solutions that align with their business goals.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and sales, to streamline the agreement process and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to enhance Juniper Networks' offerings.
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements in the enterprise agreement lifecycle to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in enterprise sales to contribute to the continuous improvement of Juniper Networks' go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience in enterprise sales, contract negotiation, and client relationship management. Experience with complex IT sales opportunities.
Strong understanding of networking technologies and solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Salary: $239,360.00
Maximum Salary:$344,080.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $239,360.00 and $344,080.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
