What you get to do in this role:
- Contribute to the financial planning process, helping develop the annual operating plan, budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Partner with various finance teams to manage and consolidate Sales headcount and Opex
- Work with Finance and Accounting to track financial results vs. budget and complete month-end accruals and reclasses
- Analyze financial results and communicate important messages to senior management optimizing our performance
- Support the Sales organization with financial insights, and development of performance metrics and reporting
- Refine FP&A processes to improve forecast accuracy and completion time
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 5+ years experience
- SaaS industry knowledge and experience gained through previous work in in FP&A, equity research, investment banking, management consulting, or similar background. Deep understanding of both financial and operational metrics
- Interest in understanding beyond the "what" as to the "why"
- Strong analytical mindset, financial modeling, and reporting abilities
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Anaplan, BPC, SAP, Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI or other BI tools preferred

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $109,400 - $180,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
