Description
This role will perform project management in a highly complex technology and business environment. Complexities include managing extensive dependencies across systems and business owners, and managing delivery across teams that are using different delivery methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure project artifacts are completed, approved, and stored as appropriate.
• Work with Program managers, Product Owners and Architects to ensure requirements are complete and ready for execution and delivery with no major open questions.
• Manage project change requests initiated from the business or technology teams.
• Ensure all components align with the release schedules for each delivery team, and that dependencies between teams are managed based on their release schedules.
• Actively identify, communicate, and mitigate project issues and risks.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate project management and security management protocols.
• Support Program Manager to ensure program goals are met.
• Produce Jira Align and Jira reports, update weekly and monthly status reports and work with Release Engineering and Release Management teams
Skills
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, collaboration, and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Experience managing highly complex cross-functional software development projects (Required)
• Experience managing infrastructure implementation projects as an aspect of software delivery. (Required)
• Ability to define and document project management processes using both written and visual media, such as PowerPoint and Wiki pages (Preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
• Understand technology documents such as Architecture diagrams, user workflow, UI/UX and API interactions (Preferred)
• Experience in managing e-Comm projects and technology (Preferred)
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 119,100.00 to 172,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
