Job Title: Senior Project Coordination Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate process discussions and workshops to clearly articulate gaps in current state, define process improvements relative to people, process and technology for future state and track KPIs on efficiencies gained in future state.
- Assist the People Team COEs in identifying opportunities for efficiencies and effectiveness and developing and refining each COE’s SOPs.
- Coordinate and manage People Team projects, leveraging SmartSheet for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Lead and oversee the implementation of key People Team projects, ensuring alignment across various teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute People Team strategies and initiatives aligning with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Analyze HR processes across the People organization and redesign and document for efficiency, compliance, and user-friendliness.
- Act as project coordinator across the People Services & Solutions (PSS) team, driving prioritization efforts, tracking and reporting on PSS KPIs, coordinating meetings for the PSS team and serving as a connection point between the various PSS groups.
- Serve as central point of contact to effectively coordinate for operational, infrastructure, and control issues that require PSS involvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in progressively more senior and complex roles involving process design, documentation, project coordination or management, for People teams.
- Proven expertise in using SmartSheet for project management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with an extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills (EQ), with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, inclusion, and trust.
- Ability to work independently and navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $97,400.00 - $141,350.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
