ServiceNow is seeking a high energy, high EQ engineering leader who thrives in a highly cross-functional, rapid velocity environment. Passion for driving scale, transforming culture, and delivering end to end sales technology solutions while delivering amazing employee experiences is at the core of this role. This leader collaborates with our GTM, legal, and other partners to co-develop and evolve technology visions that elevate ServiceNow’s ability to scale at hyper-speed, while delivering stellar connected experiences for our seller personas.

· Technical Proficiency: A deep, broad, and strong technical foundation in various technologies, programming languages, frameworks, and product patterns is essential. Our technology leaders are able to make informed decisions about which technologies to use based on the solution's requirements.
· Design Thinking: Being inclusive of design-centric approach to create solutions that are user-friendly, scalable, and adaptable is critical. We need to consider the user experience, data flow, and integration points.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Engineering leaders need to analyze complex problems, break them down into manageable components, and design effective solutions. Critical thinking and creativity are crucial for identifying innovative approaches to challenges.
· Business Acumen: Understanding the business goals, processes, and strategies is essential. We need to evolve technology vision and roadmaps that align solutions with business objectives to ensure that the technology adds value to the organization.
· Communication Skills: Executive presence is the art of balancing emotional intelligence, gravitas, and mastery of communication. Our technology leaders need to balance the outcomes needed by stakeholders, product teams, and DT (Digital Technology) knowing that this drives ServiceNow past our competition.
· Leadership and Collaboration: Products are envisioned and created by busting through silos, working across different domains along with DT functions to drive success is critical.
· Holistic View: Deliver the bigger picture while evolving business OKRs and vision. Envisioning how various components fit together to create a cohesive and integrated system.
· Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, vulnerabilities, and bottlenecks in advance allows product and engineering to develop strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
· Innovative Mindset: The technology landscape is full of opportunities for innovation. Product leaders should be open to exploring innovative technologies and approaches to solve problems in creative ways.
· Documentation Skills: Clear and comprehensive documentation of vision/technical decisions, design rationale, and system components is vital for maintaining the solution over time.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience required for the role:
· Experience working cross functionally in a large-scale environment ($10B+ Rev.)
·12+ years leading software or platform development specifically focused on large scale software/service sales technology ecosystems, including CLM, EMS, CRM, CPQ (MS Dynamics, SAP CPQ or equivalent), integrations, Sales/Quote to Cash, XaaS/Subscription models and how complex domestic and international selling scenarios are stiched together in systems.
· 15+ years of experience driving technical product vision, design roadmaps, and digital design transformation and products.
· Experience in designing, developing, and shipping commercial and enterprise applications including E2e QE Automation, Dev Unit Test Automation. Resiliency/DR/Integration Architecture.
· Experience with advanced AI technologies.
· Experience in designing Platform products (SaaS, PaaS, Cloud)
· Experience working with Agile teams in a high-growth environment.
· Extensive experience in organization vision development, driving organization shift.
· Highly developed communication and presentations skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and issues to leadership teams in a highly compelling, persuasive, fact-based manner.
· Highly skilled at working cross functionally with technology, engineering, and product teams to create, implement and evolve digital solutions for employee personas.
· BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; Masters preferred.
