Job Summary
As Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee projects in Sweden and Denmark. You'll ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery, serving as the primary client liaison. With clients like Microsoft and Amazon, we seek an experienced professional to drive our expanding operations in the data center industry. Join us and make an impact!
Your tasks
- Manage Stakeholders and Project Teams: Effectively manage stakeholders, both internal and external, across projects in Sweden and Denmark, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Lead a team consisting of a Project Manager and two Commissioning Engineers.
- Implement Programs and Projects: Develop and implement programs composed of multiple cross-functional projects, partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
- Project Planning and Execution: Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine project scope and objectives. Design project plans, develop timelines, identify project milestones, and track performance against goals and timelines.
- Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify, track, and work with others to resolve project issues promptly, ensuring that projects stay on track and meet objectives.
- Project Status Communication: Monitor and communicate project status to the project team, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and any potential risks or issues that may arise.
- Budget Planning and Monitoring: Plan and monitor project budgets, conducting research and analysis to ensure effective resource allocation. Provide input into the design and development of project plans and timelines to optimize project outcomes.
- Collaboration with Teams and Customers: Work closely with supply chain teams, operations teams, and direct customers such as Microsoft and Amazon, to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in technical projects.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other Nordic languages is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
