Job Description:
Responsible for designing and implementing processes to facilitate the records management processes. Key activities include working with businesses and technology for systematic integration and process automation. Additionally, this role will partner with the Legal department on requests and process improvements, system integration testing, and maintain all required documentation related to GRM processes.
Additionally, this role will partner with risk management and technology teams to ensure process improvements implemented align with risk tolerance. Further, this role will work with Application Governance, Records Coordinators, and Record Process owners to define and execute Operational Excellence projects to ensure records management processes are integrated with GSEP best practices.
Required Skills:
Strong business acumen with flow diagrams (process design/data lineage/mapping)
Experience working with large data sets to develop statistical relationships and models
Experience documenting and remediating risks
Critical Thinking & Problem solving
Proactive self-starter
Experience creating technical requirements in an Agile environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication (written and verbal)
Proven history of being a team player; comfortable engaging with team members from multiple businesses
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain quality goals, meet delivery deadlines and garner consensus from multiple technical and non-technical partners
Desired Skills:
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience with data analysis, modeling, data science
Strong Business Analyst skills
Prior Bank of America experience in a technology organization
Understanding Application and data management concepts, including lineage and recovery
Data science expertise
Prior user-testing experience in an Agile environment
Project or program management support experience
Experience establishing connectivity to various systems (FTP/NDM/WebService).
Experience with developing requirements for utilizing Artificial Intelligence to enhance business workflows.
